This semester I am taking a class called “Electro-Acoustic Music,” in which I design patches on an old nord synth hooked up to an apple computer from the mid-90’s, play it off a brand spanking new modular synthesizer, and edit it all together in Logic Pro. This is my first homework assignment, which I created at 7 o’clock this morning before rushing off to another class. It’s really messy, but give me another half hour and a bit more ambition and maybe you won’t call it shitty anymore.
